It is supposed to be shipped to purchasers the first week in January (2013). Unfortunately I won't be home to take delivery.

Not if they don't have a dealer membership here, but it's named literally in the first result if you google 'benchmade 710 cpm-m4'

I'm not sure how this works. I would think that M4 raw material would cost less than M390, but OTOH the M4 blades are coated.

So I guess the grey cerakote with silver twill G10 just didnt happen. Bummer. I thought that would really look cool. Instead of silver with black handle, it would be nice to have the opposite.

I've heard there will be no silver twill. These will come with the standard black G10 scales.

I'm guessing it's just new year => price increase for the model. They bumped the price up of the M390 version slightly before they sold out and kept the price there.

Looks like we're getting a clear Cerakote CPM-M4 blade in the normal black G-10.... works for me :thumbup:
