I use them as the last resort since they are not the cheapest to buy from. Worse they are in my own state so I get hit with sales tax also. The last time I tried to order from them was for some drop pieces of O1. These were drop pieces that they said vary from 10-12 inches. I go to order a dozen and they tried to charge me a cut fee for each one. They were allready cut and they allready charged someone for that last cut.

They would not give me an explaination for the "cut" fee so I went elsewhere (McMaster-Carr).
