Well the healing process is coming along fine,im eating ok,getting my strength back,one fall back i havent used the bathroom since surgery,they said to take some stool softners it was from the pain meds,i have still nothing so a laxitive tonight hopefully it all comes out in the morning,i did sneek into the shop today and finnished a knife, couldnt stand this damn house anymore,G-man if you have any ansewers to the above problems drop me a line, if not i guess ill have to return to the dr office to see whats up??? And i really dont wanna do that

stool softener makes it hurt less when the cork pops.
laxative speeds things along -- if you don't want to take a laxative, try eating a bunch of "no sugar added" ice cream -- the malitol they use as a sweetener is a laxative....
really strong coffee should help move things along, too.
