Where are you guys getting your knives?
I see there is a dealer in B.C. and one in Edmonton. Is this where you guys are going? or are you buying them online through U.S. dealers?
Any recommendations?

Thanks

We have several Canada dealers coming online with us now. Once they get stock we should have some info posted on the dealer page.

Hey J Roc
What was the final price...if you don't mind my asking.
I see Workwear sells it for $70.00 plus shipping. (knife only)
KSK sells the whole kit for about $65CDN + shipping.....about $5?

Seems like that's the way to go
Any hidden costs?

KSF shipping to Canada is $5 (They shipped by USPS, not UPS, so no hidden cost)

T-K-C (The Knife Connection)....ship to Canada for $5 shipping. Higher value items may be slapped with GST (and PST?).

just bought my RC6 from knifeworks.com... it's out for delivery right now.. :D
cheapest place i found it in... it's coming with the molle locks... they are in lousiana.. 6 days ground shipping for 7 bucks... great deal...

for my part, Knifeworks, TKC, lightning fast shipping to Canada.. way more affordable.. im all about local business but not at al cost

workwearcanada.com offers great service - the owner is very hands on. I've purchased 3 or 4 different items from the site, and have always been satisfied.

I should also mention warriorsandwonders.com will be stocking ESEE knives soon. I was in their Vancouver store the other day talking to the owner, and he said he had recently sent out an order to ESEE. So the knives should be there within a few weeks. Their prices are usually unbeatable, so I think I'll be buying the rest of my ESEE knives through them. Plus it's nice to be able to go and hold the knife before buying it, if I happen to be in the city :)

just got my RC6--- i had to go home at lunch time cuz the UPS guy left it at the door mat... I must say... this is a very nice looking piece of art.... i love it... it's nice...

I have gotten all of my ESEE blades from Chestnut ridge knife shop. Shipping has been as fast as 5 days and as long as 2 weeks, with usps. Shipping costs are about 10-15 dollars. They seem to have a little better selection, especially Izula's than KSF, or any of the other Canadian dealers, and the price is lower than up here even with the exchange.

I would really love to buy locally....but, with the economy, we are all looking for the best price. With a knife, I just don't think customer service or support is that important....electronics,maybe. Shipping from B.C. to Ontario is more expensive than shipping from the States, and with the dollar nearing par......only make sense.
I would really love to at least hold one before purchasing, although, with all the research I've done I feel like I've owned one for years.

Thanks for everybody's help.

This is why I ESEE is #1. Passionate owners, and with the R.A.T. Pack, it almost feels like a brotherhood....hope to join someday

Thanks again!!!!!

I bought mine from KSF also. Great prices and super fast shipping. I got them in two orders. IIRC the first was the RC-4 which I got dinged about $17 in duties. I was so happy with the knife I then ordered the Izula and RC-6 a week later and wasn't dinged anything but the regular shipping.
