What exactly happened? If you could elaborate on the situation, maybe something could be worked out. The Mod in this section works for Cold Steel, so he could help you get in touch with whomever you need to and maybe get your situation resolved.

That's one of the craziest statements I've heard in a long time. Cold Steel just got back from the big IWA Show (European equivalent of our SHOT Show) in Germany, where all their products were shown and made available to the European vendors and distributors.

When people become adults they are typically expected to explain their problems rather than just saying "you suck".

Hey look, someone on the internet is complaining about something without providing any info as to what they are complaining about. And they expect us to help them with their "problem".

Looks to me like just a Cold Steel basher. I don't believe he has any real problem at all.

Your issue is likely with customs and not CS, but without providing info, we can only guess which is useless.
But I guess your mental masturbation rant made you feel better for a minute, so, was it worth it?
 
Well, it may be his country's import laws. Or, perhaps the distributors in his country that sell to dealers do not carry Cold Steel knives and favor other brands. Either of these scenarios would lead to irate customers.

What Mr happy (kermack) doesn't understand is that Lynn has ALLWAYS done his very best to take care of customer complaints. Even way back when cold Steel only made one knife, (now the Master Tanto)
Lynn ALLWAYS did everything he could to make us happy with his product.
The biggest difference between Cold Steel and everyone else is that Lynn actually Tests and uses every product he makes.
CS has changed the whole industry and They don't know it
I remember the Crap that we used to have to choose from
CS showed that Quality still had value.
A riseing tide raises all boats
We now enjoy many wonderful high quality production knives
That would never have been designed or made if it wasn't for CS Whipping the britches off of Everyone in the Quality department.
I have been a cold Steel Fan since the beginning. It has been a wonderful to watch this story unfold.
