Andorra is so small you have to cross over into France or Spain just to swing a cat.

Perhaps Cold Steel simply can't find it? ;)

Andorra is known to some as the "shopping capitol of the world". When I was there in the 90's I definitely saw some Cold Steel products on display for sale. I doubt that has changed.
