Thanks for all the good words, fellas. Life has been pretty doggone rough this past year, but with Spring around the corner (yeah right :grumpy: ), there is renewed hope. My dad passed away last Thanksgiving, and Linda's dad went to his maker in January. Its been tough picking up the pieces, but we're on the road to recovery!

Dang it, I tell you what, knifemaking gets in your blood and it wont let go... you know... kind of like the girls that IG hangs around with...;)

Anyhoo, I got this idea for a sword in my head that wont let loose of me, and you guys know what happens then! :thumbup:

FWIW, I'll be probably picking up the hammer again this fall, after a few things get taken care of.

Master Williams: I been considering a ride to NC on my bike this July. If I do, you in the mood for a visit?

It's good to see you dropping in. The forum can use a little lift from its mundane draggin on once in a while. Too many of the old regulars don't seem to be around much anymore.

the necka is looking at a date of the 26th of May for the NECKA H/I
Rene passed away last Thus, and we are getting through that at the moment , if you see your way to it, email me or the other guys..the info will be posted soon also. it would be good to see you again for sure.. :)

Having your parents pass on makes for a long day of reflection. We know, for sure, we are mortals, when it happens.

Hope to see this sword come off the forge. If it keeps buggin you, you've got to build it. Nothing else will do.:thumbup:

Leatherface Ole Fart!!!!! I been to busy to pick on you. Between getting ready for the HI and finishing up the Smithy doesn't leave me much time. :( :( But, I'll make up for it soon. HEHEHEHEHE!!!
Plus Higgy is back now I have my Biggest Target in my sites.:thumbup: :cool: ;)
