Some of you guys have been asking where it was... Here's the short story:

Jerry gave 2 clues in the thread -

1.) We are .... (Marshall) there was a movie w/that title. Marshall Texas is straight across I20 from Shreveport - close enough to smell the Gumbo (but not really since most of the good gumbo is in south LA, but nonetheless, that's what the Boss said).
2.) "He's a real pot head, but he'll help you find the tag..." Also. in the picture Jerry posted, you can see the last 3 letters of a sign -- ...ERY. I kept thinking Bakery at first, but then realized it could be Nursery, which woluld help explain "pot head."

I googled Nurseries in Marshall Texas, looking for some on Hwy 59 (which is the route Jerry would take from Houston back to Ohio -- which made sense since he tagged KY next.) That's where I got lucky because I found the POTTERY TENT. So the sign actually said "pottery", not "nursery" -- but heah, piglets get lucky too. Guess what their mascot is --- a big giant man made out of clay pots. When I mapquested it, the directions called for a u-turn at "Bussey Lane!"

I looked for 30 minutes around the statue and sign - even had 3 of the gals from the store crawling around on their hands and knees helping. I almost left, but looked one last time --- The tag was under the statue.

He dropped a tag off of hwy 59 about a year ago, but by the time i got there another hog beat me to it (after a long drive.) Glad to get this one :thumbup:

Yeah, it really was almost 200 miles But that's pretty common for me, I'll be in the car for another 200 mile trip today... Well worth it after all that fun :thumbup:
