this is the knife. WHat is the story. value?

Now that is an interesting knife! It looks like something somebody else did to a Buck 103 Skinner. The picture is a little dark but from what i could tell, it did not look like a Buck guard or handle style i have seen. We are getting closer to identifying the knife i think!

Appears to be made for left handed use. It has a thumb rest and finger grooves, looks like a grip patterned after target shooter grips.
