Yea, it's a damned good thing they have no real idea of the size some of us are. If they thought everyone was the size of Nasty even the 12" AK would have a handle too big for me!Semper Fi said:Yvsa
The mulitple finger grooves gives you the option of "choking" up a bit if you want. Plus I suspect Nasty's four fingers will cover all five the kamis allowed for.
It's like the UBE I bought a long while back. I bought it to see if I could ever understand what my brother Finn, Quaquigi, says about the overly large handle.
I can understand the two handed grip he talks about, but my chest and biceps are too large as well as too stiff too be able to handle that grip. It's single hand grip or nothing for me.
It is one of the khuks destined to be gotten rid of one of these days. I have no use for it so why keep it?
The handles on the 15" up to 18" khuks are what suits me best.

I just wanted to say that getting together with Nasty was great. I was going to post the pics I took of the Nasty Gentlemans Sword, but they all came out like crap, way too much glare. I will say that the sword is a real piece of work. I don't much care for the handle or guard, but the blade would be a perfect cane sword for someone of Nasty's size.
I was able to take a good look at his JKM-1, and what an excellent piece. I've never been fond of them but the little add on's really make a difference. I'm planning on making the same alterations to my Kumar Karda.
I also want to say that Nasty is a really cool guy for being about the same age as my Father. If anyone ever gets the chance to get together with him I recommend doing so.
