No good source of decent veal on short notice today, but I'm definitely making some chicken marsala this evening. Damnable thread.

That is one chicken breast sliced into three cutlets and then I pound them with a mallet.

I actually make about four breasts that way and half cook them and toss them in the refrigerator and during the week finish them off in a hot pan as I need them.:thumbup:

Actually, the more I think about it, that might be a good tactic for pulling knives your way.

If Jerry is handing out a knife, toss a few splashes of JWB on the table.

If Garth is handing out a knife, splash some good tequila down.

Sort of like using scent/pheromones to attract wildlife. :D

I don't normally wear cologne, but in light of my new scent attraction theory, I'll be splashing on some JWB before I hit the Busse table every day.
