Junglee make a knife called the 'Green Berret' that is a blatent copy of one of your Pentagon knives? They even use AUS8 rather than AUS6! .

Is your knife protected in some way and can you sue them?

Just in case you missed it.

Hi Wayne,

I'd not been on their site for a while...thanks for sending me back. :(

It is said imitation is the greatest form of flattery. They seem to have imitated a number of manufacturers' products and must admire a number of fine companies.

I went to the Junglee website, and its not only the Pentagon. They made a blatant copy of the SOG Desert Dagger as well. And it looks like they stole the blade design of the Seal 2000 and Seal Pup as well. Bah.

Semper SOG!

:( , sorry Ron... I hate it when a company rips of a company I respect and admire:mad: . They are... *I won't swear here*.

I dislike ripping people off, I don't do it, why aught they? Call me old fashioned:( .

Hiya Ron!

Could it be that the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is one in the same?
Speaking of which Hattori Knives, Seki, Japan does the SOG Bowie.

Krizzard. out.

Krizzard

I’ve often wondered which other companies vend the same OEM blades SOG uses [although perhaps with trivial superficial differences] under their own banner.

Did you ever get a satisfactory response to your question?:

“Could it be that the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is one in the same?
Speaking of which Hattori Knives, Seki, Japan does the SOG Bowie.”
