Hey Sal

Damn, i definetly see some law suits coming from those poliwog and lil temp clones. Very very very riisky business counterfeiting is. A good lawyer can take you for all you got.

As the owner of an original Spyderco Lil' Temperance, I find that....[insert really bad nasty string of cuss words here].

I guess we are being "sincerely flattered" by another Chinese company.

Thanx for the input.

sal

Wow. The poliwog copy is pretty close, but I cannot believe how closely they copied the Lil Temp.

Wow. I want to know how crappy they did that compression lock. I've hard it's a very hard lock to get right, which is why it's mainly USA made Spyderco's only.

Although they 'look' like the originals I would not trust my hand to them even if you payed me to use them.

There was a long and not always 'friendly' discussion of this 'company' in the general discussion threads. Some seem to feel that this type of practice is perfectly moral, ethical, and legal unless Spyderco et al. wants to put forward the money to litigate every knife. How exactly this would work with the international nature of this 'event' is unknown.
