Hi Sicily-

Are you making/selling those Pathfinder's in orange that you had? I'd be interested in one. Sorry not to email you but it's disabled on your profile.

Figured I couldn't be the only one Mike! It was like a Grohman but without the recurved blade, seems a little more 'proper' to me for woodcraft.

from what i've seen... they look like great all around woods knives... i wouldn't mind having one myself...:o the orange g-10 looks cool too..

Hi all, Yes spooky pistolero and mtnfolk mike I am planning on making and
selling the pathfinders and other knives that I make up too.
So far I have been using and carrying the last pathfinder I made and it is working
out preety good for a all round outdoors knife.
Just before I was called to look at this tree cutting job I was over at the
Rock Creek Station that is the place where Wild Bill Hicock shot and killed his
first man. I was visiting with the head ranger there and showing him the last
pathfinder I made with the white liners. While Wayne was looking at my knife
another ranger came up and looked at it too they both spend a pretty fair amount
of time in the outdoors and said that they both thought that my knife was a good
design and with the orange handle made it even better incase you had to look for
it if you set it down or dropped it. Well while we were talking survival knives and
survival gear another fellow came up and jioned the group and when he saw my knife
and Wayne showed him my knife and
then told him I made it this guy said he had a design and asked if I would be interested
in making him a knife well we drew it up in paper and after a few
minor changes we came to an agreement on it. I really like this guys thinking
on knives and what would make a good all round survival knife. I went home
and started on it and when it is finished I will post a pic of it. This guy lives like a back
woodsmen most of his food comes from the garden and the wilds
( hunting and fishing)around Rock Creek Station since his place borders the park I hope to
do some hiking on his property some time.
Any ways ramble on enough.

up so on the road I went.

Will be around all weekend then taking off to do tree cutting on monday
for the rest of the week again at the same place. sooo then it should be back to just cutting trees around here and will be checking the computer in the evenings.

Take care
