Hey All,
I'm wondering if any of you in the San Antonio area can help a brother out with a place to hunt this year. I'm not asking for free, just a good deal and place!

Word on the street is that lots of guys are not renewing their leases this year since they (some people) are cutting back. Hopefully this increase in supply will cut the prices a bit as season approaches. You shouldn't find it too difficult to find a place.

One hint I'll offer though, is that if you find a place that you like try to sign it up for a 5 year lease. Most guys I know get all moved in, get blinds and feeders set up only to have the landowner greatly increase the rates the following year. Also, try to secure it for year round access so you have a place to go shoot, maybe fish, and camp or whatever.
