No, not you or anyone like you, I'm not going to sit here and use the confused emoticon [ :confused: ] to express my dismay at yours. I can see how you and some other people would take it that way...what I said.

The people I am talking about are the hangers-on like that half a chunk running around calling himself "The Usual Suspect" with all the crapola surrounding him. And a scant few others who are whining about Emerson or EKI one moment and then best friends with everyone in here after they made fun of everyone in here in the past. Unless anyone fits that description...they were not addressed by that remark.

Let me put it this way...

If you come into that Chatroom, for example, and people take the time to speak with you...speak back. Have a conversation with them...

If you are coming in there just to Network, just to get more sh*t, take it to E-mail ya unfriendly bastards. :mad:
 
All I know is that when the new forum goes this one will all but disappear.:( I know I hardly ever write, but I do check this forum EVERYDAY often a couple times a day. I have only been using emersons since June, but since then I have purchased 2 commanders, 1 CQC7b, and 1 SOFCK. I have my eyes on a PSARK, as well as the La Griffe. I guess what I'm trying to get at is that it will be sad for me to watch this forum all but dry up and miss out on all your great posts.

The beauty of the Internet is, the other forum will only be 2 mouseclicks away. Good grief. It's not like you have to run to the store or anything, just bookmark the new one and click off on the troll pit and click on the other when you want to check it out! :D

All I know is...between Don's [Sniper's] Emerson Collection and Dawkind's Balisong Collection, both sitting in Kansas...it's like that scene in Twister where they go in the tool shed/barn and all the scythes are swinging and they're all obviously sharp as all hell and the Dude says, "Who are these people?" :eek:

Hey, guys. I just wanted to check in and get all touchie-feelie with ya (especially YOU, Rearic, ya big stud). :D Just wanted to let my brothers (and sisters!) Know I miss you all. Ross said it best - we all have a deep bond of friendship, and most of us have never met. I find that pretty amazing. It made me feel damn good when Ross and Ray stepped up to the plate wthen the usual a-hole was giving me grief. That's what friends do for each other, ya know?

It's weird not posting here as much (I SHOULD have a home 'net connection as of 1300 tomorrow...) I feel like I'm starting to become an outsider... I know that isn't the case... I guess it's just that I'm so used to posting here every day, and seeing how you guys are doing, or what you're up to, that when I can't do it, it makes me feel like I skipped out on the christmas party where all my friends were, you know? And don't even get me started on chat. I feel like I'm missing out on ALL the good stuff because I can't join in!

...OK, enough feeling sorry for myself. I just wanted to let you guys know your my buds, and I missed talkin' with ya. Hopefully we can make this bond of ours even stronger on the USN!!

Yeah, I know I can just look at the new site, I just got comfortable at this one:D Anyway, I'm in Lawrence. I'm originally from the East Coast more or less, but I've lived in Lawrence for the past 5 years? I have done my fair share of travelling and I'd have to say Kansas is pretty cool. Its a lot better then Oklahoma:D Besides Emerson is supposed to show at the NRA show in KC this May! Finally!!!!

I'm in for that :) I went to the NRA show last year, and had a good conversation with Derek. Also got to handle a lefty 6.

Look at this one Don.

Compared to Kansas Twisters, this is a very homosexual tornado. However, it did kill two sisters. Sad...this was September 24, 2001, an F3 Tornado. Somewhat rare here.
