Hi all, Check this out.

great stuff Bryan... looks like a fabulous way to spend a day... i sometimes wish we got snow here... just sometimes..:o

Looks like a great time Bryan. I'm jealous of time off like that. I don't think I'm going to have a weekend off until Mid-Dec. now.

Great post. Love to see the snow coming down and to be outside enjoying it makes it even better. Thanks for sharing.

I want snow. I will trade you our rain for your snow. Deal? :D

Snow is pretty, rain is nice, driving my Corvette year round priceless...

Seriously, I miss the preciptitaion! I haven't seen hardly any in the 3 years I've been out here in S. California. We did have a freak snowstorm last year and ended up with 12" of snow in the high desert. I couldn't get home from work for two days, they closed the freeway! Never happen in Ohio where I grew up...

wicked pics! wish we had snow on our trails....we had 300+ mm of rain in the last 24 hours..

I love days like that when its not to cold and the snowflakes are big and wet. except I would have coffee . we are due for snow here. Ill have to get out and make a nice spot like yours.

Wow Bryan, that looks fun! Those early snows are the best. Glad to see you were able to enjoy it. Thanks for sharing!

Nice, we have'nt seen snow like that in a decade here in my part of Georgia.
I'm jealous.

That's a sweet spot you have there Bryan. Great way to celebrate the year's first snow too.

Jeff

Hi all,

thanks again for all the comments on my Snow day.

Psmith27, Yea, Keeping the fire smaller to med. is the key and then having some open areas Open is the key too.

Pitdog, LOL I did post a pic of a knife I made lol. look at the red container. In there is a Final Option knife. You can just see the out line of it. I have a few of them containers with cotton and pj mix, then A Final Option knife and a firesteel rod. I keep that one at the campsite with that foam mat and a Pink chair that Kahy keeps there too lol. It was just to snowy and wet for kathy she said. She stayed home and sat in the dark cooling house ( The electricy was off for a bout 7 hours or so. While I was out sitting by a warn fire and listhing and watching nature all round me lol.

thanks again all, I am glad you enjoyed the pics.

Take care,

Bryan
