Hi all newbie with a civilian question

Sorry for the long wait to reply no I'm not an Leo however in the uk our police do not have any exemption from the public where knives are concerned.
The majority don't carry guns only armed response do some known as rapid response carry tazer.
In the instance of this knife it would be a collection piece.
 
Go for it. It's a very unique collection piece that's for sure. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Plus if the world ever goes to hell in a hand basket it'll be good to have. ;)
