I picked this up about a decade ago from a small outfit that was doing batches of these modified HI khukuris. This one features a thick, acid washed/bead blasted, blade finish with a "hand and half" length paper micarta handle. The sheath is made of kydex with a retention strap and a large tek lok for mounting. Never been used, but the blade does have some kydex wear. Very sharp though. The handle is a bit rough and ready with visible shaping marks. Sheath retention is very good! I believe the blade was made by kami Padam but might be mistaken.
