HI gets some love from Nutnfancy!

I just hope there isn't a big huge new school of sharks around here. I'm dirt poor but there's still 1 or 2 or 30 or 40 more that I want ya know.
 
Bawanna, that was my thinking exactly. Me thinks these waters will be infested with new hungry sharks!
 
At least there are only three toys left that I am looking for as a shark... a 21" Chainpuri, a Balance kuhkuri with a spine like the one sold on 5/23 that Kumar made, and a Jurali Knife.

SWEET!!! I may be able to get a Jurali knife sooner than I thought, the one posted on 6/2 never got sold.

I've a hankering for a Jurali too. And a Balance, and a chainpuri. Probably in that order along with the rest of the list in no particular order.
A Giant Chitlangi, a Bonecutter, the list doesn't seem to show any sign of reduction despite my best efforts.
 
There is one other I want but it will never show up on a dod so I custom ordered it... can't wait for it to come sometime next summer.
 
yeah I just did that too-- I have been plotting my custom HI order for 2 years -- not sure if sher will take it on yet, but I sent the pictures to yangdu and just waiting on a "yes its possible or not possible"

only problem with customs for me, is that I hope its cost efficient for bir gorkha , as it can take so long and the specifics may just kill time for them when they could be producing high quality blades for the shelves-- as I know m43 and a few other models are constantly asked for and requested for purchase.

I don't expect my custom for a couple of years lol, only because I have no problem waiting for HI to be ready for it. ( I requested HI versions of the Kachin Dha, Naga Dao , and Parang Ilhang or mandau.) and these may not even be possible, the kami are now looking at pictures and will tell me if they can -- as you can tell I think about this a bit, but no matter what the verdict is this HI devotee will never stop being devoted!
 
I hope they make at least a few of each on your list Gehazi. Ilange Parang:thumbup: and Dha would be very interesting to see how they do it.
 
these are the pictures I sent-- basically I just want a kami reproduction of these blades-- this kachin dha is just interesting, and I would like to see a kami's version-- but my priority is the jimpul parang


I also asked for this first, and is the one most likely to be given a solid attempt, not sure how much auntie is willing to put up with but I will throw money at her and the kami until they agree-- this is the one I want for sure, and am confident HI can do a good one




for the most giggles I sent this picture and asked if they could do anything like it :D -- if these come through will cost me a kidney but will be totally worth it.-- this would be the most difficult and the only true mandau

the naga dao I am sure they can do, as its just a giant corn knife, but the three above are my formal request for a year or more, but sher and kumar were not around when I first asked

this last one is form the metropolitan museum of art and one of the most finely made blades I have ever seen


also anything that makes HI more money I am fine with, even if they had to drop customs, knowing that they would be getting paid and taken care of is part of the reason I try to spend cash on HI blades, because it directly benefits the people-- so yeah welcome to any nutnfancy customers!
