Great idea Norm.

Thanks Hugh! Good to see you. (I think I still owe you a few bucks!? Let me get back to you. Nope, sorry thAt was someone else!)

Caught up for now, please keep 'em coming! A sticky would be cool, but I'll leave that to Nasty and Yangdu to decide if that is appropriate. I'm on Frappr for a couple of other organizations, and it gets pretty cluttered with the markers overlapping each other. Still would be fun.

Please check for dupes or incorrect screen names / info, omissions or any other errors.

Thanks!

Norm

Plano is where they have the well known plastic fabrication factory, right? Kind of funny; just like right outside of Waco- you have Whacko's, for a bad pun, (if you sound it out right) like Koresh.

Plano was also the teenage suicide capital of the world back then. And home of Ross Perot's business. Funny how he and his son are creating a big sucking sound sending jobs to Mexico. I ived in Waco for awhile too and Whacko was what we called it. And it was appropriate.

I know where Desert Hot Springs is.

Is this ever going to be a map, with little stars marking all our places?
I'm in Zortman, MT.

Well it's grown quite a bit in the last few years. Along with the price of housing.

Ok, I know for a FACT that there is at least ONE more from Colorado. (SkagSig40) Maybe more, but my brain has gotten to where it loses details, so there could be more.

just noticed this....

put me down for Bentonville, Arkansas.

Norm - I'd like to use this information in conjunction with the "Ultimate HI Khonvention" thread....ok with you? Got any ideas how best to use the data?

Dan, sure, this info is open for anyone to use. I'm glad you finally saw the thread, as there are a lot of folks that still haven't.

I'm not sure though how it would be of use to you? What did you have in mind? I could sort names by State, but that would be more easily graphically represented by using Frappr.

As Skyler said, it's interesting to see how far these knives have traveled around the world.

The only thing that would interest me would be to see the distance traveled from BirGorkha (or perhaps Reno would be a better starting place) to the folks listed. I could get that information pretty easily, but it would take a while to update the thread.

Best,

Norm
