Thanks guys! I can't wait to hold this one. I just opened the Everest Katana I ordered on Tuesday. It's a stunner guys, it's built like a tank. It has a very thick and strong blade Kumar was able to make the balance point right on par with some of my other katana. It's actually easy to wield do to the chiruwa handle which counter balances the blade. I will take pics and post along with the other stuff I got this week. It's been a exciting week for me HI wise. I have received some amazing stuff and can't wait to have the Tarwar in my hands.
 
there is something special about checking out a new blade GB, I totally know what you mean, I love ( like everyone else) getting the done deal all the way to the triangle box opening: where I show off the blade to my old man, we both snicker like we got away with something, because the steel is so fine. Never really feel any buyers remorse with HI products, every item is unique even if there are several copies and similar styles, they all have their own way to them, and that is why its so cool. --- I was just looking at my sher hasiya compared to new kumar hasiya and they are fantastically different, totally different types of blade even they are both hasiya :D

Exactly, each one is unique, even same the style from the same kami has just a touch different personality for each blade.
