Here's the latest:
We have a meeting room in the Atlantis for saturday and sunday.

They will be different each day but the word will get out quickly and you can check at the front desk. They will be open from 9 AM till 8 at nite and longer if you want. We will have long table to show our knives and lots of chairs so we can sit around shooting the breeze. They also provide ice and water. everything else is optional and we can wing it as we go. The rooms are $100/day so divided by all of us it should be fairly painless.

Couldn't from the start. My niece is getting married in Portland that weekend and I do have to go to that. Bad timing on her part.

If the odds are a million to one against something occurring, chances are 50-50 it will.
 
For me its such sorrowful that I can't be there next weekend. Some other day, I hope to come over the Pacific Ocean.

Seeing the bright side, if some of you have trouble to show up the Konvention with your "significant other(s)", you can tell her (or them) "It's okay. I'm SURE I can stay away from WrongFriend at the konvention. Just good friends there."

In that case, I propose that the next Khukuri konvention take place in Yokohama. Hmmm... I'll be around there anyhow, it's definitely closer for Mohd...

First, your effusive thanks is not neccesary and it is my pleasure to be of some help to the first of future annual (I hope) HI meetings.

Right now we are scheduled to be in Tradewinds 3 on saturday and Rosso for sunday. The meeting rooms are all on the 2nd floor. They will post the rooms on the events billboard or you can ask at the front desk for the Himilayan Imports meeting.

Tatsuo, Yokohama customs will not allow HIKV into Japan. Once I'd come to US, I doubt I can come back here again. Shall I returned, or confiscated, or just be given up? Nobody knows. Anyways you'll be welcome.
