Hibachi or small grill

^ they make a round one too, not sure if its still in production.

and a good LUMP charcoal works best over briqqettes.

I've used several bags of lump and several bags of briquettes over the past 2 summers. Other than being natural, why is lump better? Don't get me wrong, everybody does say its better, I've just not had any particular experience as to why.

It does seem to heat up quicker and maybe hotter, but definately does not last as long as briquettes. The briquettes give me a more consistent temperature and burn since lump is varying sizes.

All I do right now is grill (not smoke or barbeque) so I don't know if it makes a difference.

Wal-Mart:D Royal Oak lump charcoal or Kingsford also produces a lump charcoal their are others "LUMP is THE way to GO"!!!;)

I haven't tried the others, but I've never tasted anything come out better for me than off a Hibachi. Cheap to buy and use too. That Lodge looks a lot like a Hibachi.
