I placed an order with Hideaway Knives about three months ago. At first they swapped a few emails with me but then never sent me my order. I tried to check the status after a few months but they ignored my emails. In the end I had to report them to Visa. Beware of any website that doesn't list an address or a phone number. By the way, the order was for a DVD.
