Hiding Pins in AEBL Bolster

Hey guys, I'm almost out of 416SS that I use for bolsters on the slip joints I'm trying to learn how to make. But I do have a good bit of 1/8" AEBL. Does anyone know if 300 series or 400 series pin stock will blend in? Or will they show? Thanks!
