I'm blowing-out these 4 Armagh paring knives. All are hollow-ground high-carbon steel. They measure 7" OAL with a 3" blade. Please see the picture with the scale for actual size. They are handy little knives in the kitchen, and at this price you can't go wrong. I cover shipping in the US. I accept check, PayPal or credit card.
