High cholesterol

40mg Lipitor. Like you I have a genetic predisposition. My weight is good and I do moderate exercise.
Mine is well controlled by the Lipitor, I was on daily Aspirin but the physician suggested against it.
I think the key is regular blood tests and stressed ECG to monitor. I go every 12 months religiously.
