High end folder with stainless steel handle

Good morning, looking for some advice. For many years now I've been carrying high end or custom folders, usually a Sebenza, occasionally others such as a Hinderer or Les George. I've been watching the scrimshaw and engraving of an artist named Ron Jr, and have two of his scrimshawed ivory mnandi's. Unfortunately you can't EDC scrimshaw, so I was looking at his engravings. He does a lot of Kershaws, he basically needs a smooth stainless steel handle to work on. All of my knives are titanium, which he says would be extremely difficult, expensive, and might not look that good.
So I'm trying to find a high end folding knife with stainless steel handles. All of mine seem to be titanium or micarta. I'm not a huge spyderco or kershaw fan, so I figured I'd throw it out here if anyone knew of any custom makers who use stainless steel? Thanks much.
