Ordered something on their recommendation for my model that they don't quite list but thought would work. It didn't.
They graciously accepted the holster back, apologized for it not working, offered to pay my shipping and my shipping back.
They take the long view of cultivating a current and future customer through exceptional customer service, rather than making a quick $ hit. Communications were prompt, courteous, helpful and reassuring. I thought they should be recognized as such. Given the correct supply-demand, I will definitely buy from them again. BTW, the holster was exceptional in build quality and price. It just didn't fit my particular model.
