high polish on cf

How would a person get a high polish on carbon fiber, I have a dremmel,didnt do too much, is there a polish or certain grit sand paper that I might try? Thank you.
 
Sand with 400 grit sandpaper with green stainless steel cut and colour compound on it then buff with green stainless steel cut and colour compound on a buffing wheel.
