This is a New set of High Seas Rain gear. Jacket has velcro and zipper with draw strings and Hood.No rain gets in on these. Also has a set of Bibs. Jacket and Bibs are large. This is professional grade boating gear and would be awesome for Biking. Set is 100% nylon. I paid $200.00 for the set. Will take $100.00 TYD
