Ruike P865-B - Factory polished edge on this 3.5" Sandvik 14C28N wharncliff blade, centered in G10 handle, very classy and stashes nicely with its deep-carry pocket clip. Some say it makes a great steak knife, I bet they are right.
The Tangram Orion - Thin and slicey JPN Acuto steel wharncliff blade fires out smoothly on bearings, well-centered in grooved G10 handle.
