Higher End Folder

I'm not a huge fan of the Sebenza (way too boring IMO), but like the Insigno version, used. I also like the Hinderer XM-18 with the bowie blade, which is my next knife once I can justify it. I just bought about $600 worth of knives, so I need to slow it up a bit this month.o_O

Edit: I also concur on the ZT0520, lots of great features for under 250.
 
My favorite ZT is the 0770CF. It is an assisted opener, but I really like it. I know this is an old thread and for some reason it has "started up" again, so I would suggest you look at Benchmade stuff also. My high end folder is a TA Davison but it cost about double the stated price range.
 
One of the finest folders around is the Spyderco Slysz Bowie. I've had two of them, and I really admire everything about this model...
And yeah, I carry a large Sebenza daily.
 
0200 is a boat anchor.I don't buy into the "Overbuilt"knife theory. My whole EDC doesn't weigh

Hinderer xm-18 Bowie is one of the most beautiful knives in the market. Definitely should try it out. The price now in the secondary market is also quite reasonable.

That is sweet! I love how soon the bowie edge starts on the top. Unique for a folder made in the USA. The recessed clip mount is just another level of attention to detail. Just great.
 
If you like the 0804cf I think you can go for it
It is a large folder for sure but very nice to use and a great value in its category
If you want to use it hard maybe have a look at te 0909 too since it costs less... but IMO the 0804 is better

The PM2 s110v is great but that is a different category. It is a much lighter blade and it won't perform as well as the 0804 on many tasks but it will be a dream of an EDC compared to the 0804

Sebenza, Inkosi or slysz Bowie are good titanium framelock to consider too

At ZT I can only recommend the 0630 which is a strong folder with a bit of tactical to it
It carries better than I was expecting and it is on of my favourite ZT at the moment

If you are in flippers ZT has lost of options that are bette rIMO than the 0200: 0562 and 0801 to name a few

If you prefer something lighter but still capable the 940-1 from Benchmade can do the job
