Another Arrogant Bastard fan, I see? I loves me a Stone's Russian Imperial Stout now and again. Stone brews some fine beers, similar to Rogue Breweries. Absolutely delicious stuff.

Also, I'd have to second this. Grippy handles are great.

HELL YEAH! I love Stone's brews. I'm more of a hops man myself, so AB and Ruination are my favorites. I'll have to check out Rogue, Lagunitas and Moylans are good breweries too.

Back on topic: I've been carrying my Ritter Mini-Grip and I'm currently shopping for something a little bigger. I think I'm going with the Large Ritter.:D

Lone wolf T2 or spyderco military , 150 bucks either way and you will never have a regret.

You should hit up Sacramento Brew while they still have some Dogfish Head. I've heard they've got some super delicious and super hoppy stuff.

As to the original post, I guess it really depends on what the knife is going to be used for. The ZTs are definitely some big, tough folders that can take some abusing. However, if you're just planning on cutting some basic stuff and want smooth movement, the Alias II should suit your needs just fine. I've always wanted to handle one, just to see what the big deal is. Really pretty knife it is.
