highest price for a 103

I am looking to buy a 103 online, what would be the "fairest" highest price to to pay for a vintage 103. it has the 103 marked on the tang, but no other marks around it except USA and Buck.

What is the condition of the knife? Sheath included?

I would pay $40 (Mint with sheath) if I wanted it for the different steel I guess. Otherwise I would buy a new one for 40-50.

Thanks for the advise. The knife looks unused, with a sheath. I wanted an older one that had a wider blade with 440c steel. The knife in question looks to have a few stains from storage.
