Modified BRKT Bravo 2
Saber grind. Thumb ramp removed. Front pins are brass and SS "target" pins. Tang modified. Stabilized dyed Box Elder scales and Electric Blue Liners.
I want $175.00 RIP $150.00 for this monster, PP and shipped. Or will trade for top dollar Spyderco's like a Titanium Military or similar.
This is a 7" blade! Yet feels like a 5". The balance has been moved as the mods were added.
A2 steel as manufactured by BRKT.
It is a chopper, hunting, camping, and tactical knife, all in one.
The only things I can say negative about this blade is when I let it sit in the drawer for 3 years, a decent patina came onto the A2 steel. BUT, when I was modding this, I had put blue quick release tape on the blade to keep scuffing down to a minimum. I didn't clean it well enough and at the end of the right side point, you can see a line where the residue changed the patina. As a REAL user, you will do worse that that the 1st time you push the envelope on this blade.
And the cheap sheath. The sheath is only to keep the blade from cutting everything it touches (and it WILL) while transporting.
