I went for a Hike today with my Bud Wes and his Pit "Tooley" who happens to weigh in at 98lbs.!! What a monster, he is a good hiking buddy, if you don't mind getting tackled every once in a while. Sorry, the only knife pic is a bad one of me holding my Hankins, that you can barely see..so I included another shot of it. I love the knife, very tough, I batoned some pine with it, and sparked up a small fire using birch paper. The only really differnet thing I saw today was a hollow tree that still had a resident, it was messy, lots of scat on the floor and I couldn't ID the crap..so after leaning on the tree, and hearing something climbing up/ down the hollow trunk..I decided that it wasn't that important....we did dare each other to stick our hands up the hole...neither one of us wanted to loose a finger today...sorry, as it would have made for some great photo's
