2.9 mile hike with the family a few weeks ago. Their first real hiking adventure and they LOVED IT!!

Only packed my crappy DigiCam... :(

The Ulu Axe is sweet. Very nimble and worked great when I used it to clear some small undergrowth that was blocking the trail markers. Didn't get to use it for any chopping on this trip, but maybe next time!
 
GLdrew makes that hatchet, right? very sweet looking blade, good to hear you like it. i really need to get me one of those...

looks like a great trip all around, and its good to see the kids always smiling.
