Hill Pearce Collection • Something old, something new...

Thank you very much for sharing these great pieces, Coop. Being relatively new (3 years) to collecting custom knives I was not familiar with Hill's work until I saw your posts. Soooo much to see and learn!

My favorites of the bunch are your latest acquisition and the big 'un with the damascus blade. Love the flowing filework and lines of the new addition. The blade on biggie is talkin' to me. Both are knives I'd have scooped up in a second if they were presented to me.

Fun story on how you got your new one. You must be living a clean life my friend! Congrats!!! Rob

Your dedication to collecting the work of a maker you covet is truly awesome and inspirational.

Best Regards,

Hi, I am very new to this hobby.
However, I am being captivated by your photos on Hill Pearce & the mastery of his Knives Making.
Great Work & I have lots to learn here.
Thanks.

Hi GemDemon,

Welcome to Bladeforums. I'm pleased you found us through a search. You will find THOUSANDS of interesting makers in these pages.

In regards to Hill Pearce, I created a more current and more thorough synopsis of his work, and posted it in this thread:

Hill Pearce: A tribute to his works and influence.

This thread is over 6 years old, (but great knives never age). ;)
