Lal Bahadur Bishwakarma also known as Bura is the Royal Kami of Nepal.
Having made top-grade khukuris for the royalties, he was commissioned to produce some of the sharpest, toughest yet beautiful Nepals famed national knife for Himalayan Imports.Bura has stopped making any blades due to his health and his works are always in demand.
This is Bura (on the left) with the late great, Bill Martino in Nepal:
15 ¾ 31.4 oz. D-handled khukuri by Bura in very nicely figured hill walnut handle with D-handle brass guard and dragon-engraved bolster. About 4-5 of these were made,2 or 3 in 15" version and 2 in 18" version and those were years ago.3/8" thick at spine.
Both Karda and Chakmak has hill walnut handle and the scabbard is very well made
415 USD shipped Worldwide with tracking number and insurance
Will take PayPal only. No trades.
PM/email me for questions. "I will take it " gets priority.
Thanks for looking.
