i would like to trade a Himalayan Imports WWII khukuri. It is in excellent like new condition. (has cut paper only) this is one stout knife but i need something i am really going to use. i believe it is the 18 inche model. comes with original sheath and accompanying knife and burnisher.

i'm mainly looking for folders but will consider all offers, used is ok with me. i am also willing to ship first since i am a newbie. (although i have had a couple of successful trades already). email me for pictures.
 
Slack Mex will not respond to my e-mails so I am withdrawing my offer. As a new member, I was leary of him but now I am just not going to deal. Not a good way to start off here Slack Mex.:thumbdn:

i have replied to all offers that have been sent. no need to bash me because i'm new. i have had a couple of good transaction already (most recently with ScottK) and i have a deal pending for this khuk. now if something else is bothering you why don't you contact me directly instead of trying to tarnish my reputation for no valid reason.

how many emails did you send me? are you sure you send them to my correct email? did you know email is not 100% percent reliable. i also see that you claim someone else isn't responding to you in another thread. ever wonder if its your email?

Not bashing you but I sent two e-mails that you never responded to. It is not my e-mail it is probably your "not 100% percent reliable email". You see that I responded to your thread twice but didn't think to tell me that you didn't get my e-mails.

Nothing else is bothering me, I was just trying to trade for your HI Kukri no big deal. As far as trying to "contact you directly", I tried that remember?:rolleyes: I'm not tarnishing your rep, just stating facts. If your rep gets tarnished, it is you that did it. As far as I am concerned, you have a ways to go to prove yourself before I will try to deal with you again.

well i've double checked all the emails that i've recieved concerning this trade and found none coming from your address. this is getting old so i apologize for any inconvenience i may have caused you, it might be my email provider or something else. but anyway i'm sorry i didn't respond to your offer.
 
I still havent seen the khukuri that my lone wolf tighe was traded for...yours arrived on NOV 30th...

4 emails and with no reply..if you want a good rep here id suggest that a answer would help...

kgriggs8 seemed to nail this one (?)
 
tomb lin--- I would say you will have just as much trouble getting him
to send your knife as I am trying to get slack-mex to send mine. Guy
at the post office said it might come under mail fraud, I haven't checked
into it yet.
 
Sorry to hear that guys. I got a bad feeling when he wouldn't respond to any e-mails. He only has 4 posts so I gave up on trying to do a deal with him. Hopefully you guys will get your knives and Slack Mex will have a good explanation for why he didn't send them or answer any e-mails.

Good luck. If nothing else, try to file for mail fraud and it might scare him into sending you the knives.
 
RRG send me a email about your dealings.....id like to know more...seems i know a few lawyers just in case.

also, let's be sure to put the good (bad) word out on this forum (and 7 more :) )

Tomb lin--- I did not get the e-mail but if you look at the thread I put in
GB&U on 12-6 starting out "Just a Warning" it pretty well sums up my deal
with him.
