What led to this extensive rehab project? Lost some wire inlay from years of chopping?

I'm an excessive compulsive perfectionist. If it's broke, I need to fix it and I like putting things back in like new condition or better. I tend to go overboard and things become a chore. I'm having to much of fun with this, it's just detailing. I restored approximately 120 vintage chainsaws dating back to the 50's. I think I was using about 50 different sources for OEM parts. I did the same with firearms for near fifty years. Film cameras are another fix. I guess I'm a repair project junky.

Well if you want to work on an old Belgian Browning A5 let me know... it needs a restore.
