I purchased this brand new a year or two ago. This was my "Saturday knife" for about a year or so. It has been used but not abused. I sent this knife back to Rick for a factory sharpening job a while back and have not used it since. The blade steel is CTS-XHP and the blade and frame have the tumbled finish. There are some scratches from use on the blade and some nicks on the black g-10 scale. If you want a new safe queen, looks elsewhere, but if you are looking for a user XM, here is one that is as sharp and functional as a brand new one, but at a price that is easier on your wallet. $550 shipped SPF!!.......postal money order or bank cashiers check only. First "I'll take it" post, get it.
