Purchased the filler tab and clip after getting lucky in the Exchange where I found the standoffs (and Blue/Black scale not installed). Pretty good day overall.

Just picked up this camo scale from New Graham knives. I usually don't find camo appealing but the large patch of dark somehow just appeals to me.

That scale on your Wharnie is like Peanut butter and Jelly. Wow, did that "pop" - good fit :thumbup:
 
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I thought it would be better than creating a new one. I'm very new to Hinderer and I'm curious about the lanyards they sell. It appears all of the ones on their site are just the bead (i.e. minus the tied para-cord) - similar to the zipper pulls.

Does anyone know if they're just out of the ones that include para-cord, or is this how they always sell them. Is there a special way to tie them. Sorry really showing my city roots here - but figured the great guys of this forum could help me out. :cool:
 
I haven't seen the pre-tied lanyard zipper-pulls for sale in quite some time. They have strands removed from the cordgage. I only own one of those but have an uncounted amount of beads.

But seeing the photo Rob posted of the new style bead on a lanyard gives hope some pre-tied pulls may be offered.

You can always buy the beads and some cord and go it alone...instructions exist on the Web and the Tube for more complicated stuff...I tend to roll with a couple simple knots...because my lanyard are more for go than show.

Well they exist, but in very limited numbers. I've only seen them on customs/show knives or special dealer stuff (some come from shows). I haven't seen them offered on the Website. But I won't say never.
