I recently purchased a XM-18 3.5" Skinner... which I promptly screwed up being an idiot.

I packed it up and wrote them a letter telling them I was said idiot, and asked them to make it right on my dime if they would be so kind. That was last Wednesday I believe.

USPS just dropped it off to me and they made it good as new. No muss, no fuss, even no charge.

TOP NOTCH PEOPLE!

But you know I got to ask, how did you manage to screw up a Hinderer?
 
You don't want to know. It involved not using a pair of soft jaw pliers... and then there were the vice grips...
