Lost the end piece to my Hinderer Investigator Pen. Shot off an email to Hinderer Knives and got a reply from Rob in 24hrs letting me know he's sending out a replacement piece in at no charge out in the mail that same day. Three days later, I'm hooked up and good to go. Awesome customer service!!
