Hinderer Eklipse " Collectors? "

So my first Hinderer is a Eklipse (Tanto Blade ) in near mint condition.
I could not find anyone selling it except Ebay which is $500 now. 3 month ago a website (dealer) who has it in stock for $425 , but could not remember or find it anymore.

So does my Eklipse a collector's item per se? or the value is up from when I bought it used?
 
There are a couple buy/sell Facebook groups for Hinderers that are very active. I saw a couple up there. I would not consider it collectible unless it was in a unique configuration, a custom, or otherwise rare (like a prototype). Hinderer market has really dropped except for those categories. In my experience.

Thanks! I have to check that FB group. It is hard to find one for sale online , unlike the XM18's.
 
The Eklipse has become pretty rare as they have not made that many of them. To my knowledge they likely want make that many more of them either so if you find a good deal, jump on it!
