Hinderer Filler tabs

What are the finishes on these? One looks to be just blue ano but I can't tell what the 35th is.

The 35th anniversary is battle blue, that’s out of Rick Hinderer knives shop.
The other is a Colab between classy Raptor & Hinderer knives, that one is blue Ano’d
