I wanted to add on too Mike's reply , There were 3 Generations of the Flame . The last ones Rick made were of the 3" version.

^^ That has a very clean, upscale look to it...very pocket-friendly to my eye...much like!
 
Now that is a design I would like to see released / re-imagined as a high-end collaboration item.
 
I agree, it's very elegant and less tactical, just the thing for in-the office in a 3" version!!!!
 
Ah, thanks for the correction, Mike. I always thought the 'gen' identification came only after the XM18s were introduced. In the past, I recall Rick's website had only firetacs, flames and firestorms and no 'gen' identification was used.

They look great btw.
